*Change of Mind Policy
Tutti jewellery does not offer a refund /exchange for a change of mind.
All of our jewellery is quality checked ,However, from time to time, there may be a rare fault.
*If you received a faulty item-
First We apologies for the inconvenient , your satisfaction is important to us,
exchange or refund is available to you if:
*You informed us about the faulty item and attached a photo as a prove within 48 hrs from delivery .
*You send us the faulty item within 2 business days from when you informed us about the fault.
Please send us the item in the original package & condition
We got the item and we determined that.
*the item is unused and in the original condition and is faulty as you informed us.
If all condition above applying in your case you’ll get an email back from us within 7 days offering an exchange/ store credit / refund.
Please keep your postage receipt so we can refund you the postage cost.
please note - items under warranty are available for an exchange / store credit only.
